LEGISLATION AND ADMINISTRATION

The PADESCE project operates within the applicable laws and regulations of Cameroon. It is administered according to the agreement signed with the World Bank and oversight provisions established by the Ministry of Secondary Education. The national steering committee provides strategic guidance and monitors implementation progress. Regional educational delegations support activities at the local level. All activities and use of funds strictly adhere to the established legal framework and administrative procedures. Regular external audits ensure transparency and compliance with best practices for projects involving international cooperation and financing.
